Prezentarea Asociatiei Inocenta si Speranta
Asociatia Familiilor Anti-Hiv „Inocenta si Speranta” este o persoana juridică de drept privat fara scop lucrativ, în acord cu ordinea publica si bunele moravuri, fiind constituita din initiativa unor persoane fizice denumite membrii fondatori, în cadrul si în conditiile Legii nr.21/1924.Asociatia a obtinut personalitate juridica in iulie 1998.
Asociatia are ca scop sprijinirea tinerilor si a membrilor familiilor afectate de infectia HIV în vederea exercitarii drepturilor civile prevazute de legislatia in vigoare si de acordurile internationale la care Romania este semnatara. De la înfiintare pana in prezent asociatia a derulat activităti in beneficiul direct al persoanelor care traiesc cu HIV/SIDA si al comunitatii printre care:
• Îndrumare si asistenta pentru persoanele care traiesc cu HIV/SIDA, in vederea obtinerii drepturilor, de care beneficiaza conform legislatiei in vigoare.
• Interventii la Institutii Publice (Primarii, DAS, DPC, Spitale) pentru respectarea si promovarea drepturilor persoanelor care traiesc cu HIV/SIDA.
• Comunicate si conferinte de presa, mese rotunde, dezbateri.
• Informare, educare si suport pentru persoanele care traiesc cu HIV/SIDA în vederea reducerii vulnerabilitatii acestora fata de infectia HIV si boala SIDA.
• Campanii de informare în comunitate, scoli si licee, pentru adoptarea unui comportament responsabil fata de infectia HIV si a unei atitudinii nediscriminatorii fata de persoanele care traiesc cu HIV/SIDA
• Actiuni de comemorare a victimelor HIV/SIDA prin organizarea de marsuri, (marsul tacerii si al lumanarilor aprinse, pentru marcarea zilei Mondiale de Lupta împotriva HIV/SIDA -1 decembrie 2004), fundite umane, slujbe comemorative.
• Inaugurarea primului Centru de Recreere pentru copiii seropozitivi din judetul Caras -Severin.
Prin obiectul sau de activitate asociatia urmareste:
• Apararea drepturilor tinerilor infectati cu HIV;
• Umanizarea bolii prin promovarea tolerantei si nondiscriminarii fata de persoanele infectate cu HIV;
• Asigurarea accesului la cel mai eficient tratament antiretroviral sub supraveghere medicala de specialitate, gratuit si în mod continuu;
• Sprijin moral pentru familiile afectate de infectia cu virusul HIV;
• Crearea unui climat afectiv în familie, mediu si societate;
Asociatia a derulat si deruleaza proiecte finantate de Federatia UNOPA Bucuresti dar si de alti finantatori, cu sprijinul: consiliului de conducere, voluntarilor specialisti (psiholog, asistent social, jurist, medic, coordonator de proiect) si în colaborare cu Consiliul Judetean CS, DGASPC CS, CJRE CS, ASP CS, Primaria mun. Resita si Politia mun. Resita.
Asociatia lucreaza numai cu beneficiari, voluntari, parteneri fara nici un angajat iar progamul asociatiei este zilnic.Relatiile de munca în cadrul asociatiei se bazeaza pe principiul consensualitatii si al bunei credinte.
Ca obiective generale ale asocitiei mentionam urmatoarele:
• reducerea impactului negativ al epidemiei (inclusiv tratamentul, îngrijirea si suportul pentru persoanele care traiesc cu HIV/SIDA si integrarea în munca a persoanelor seropozitive);
• reducerea incidentei HIV în randul tinerilor fata de anii precedenti. Tinerii sa stie cum sa evite infectarea cu HIV si sa aiba capacitatea, mijloacele si dorinta de a actiona pe baza cunostintelor dobandite.
• promovarea comportamentelor fara risc în randul adolescentilor si tinerilor prin interventii comunitare durabile: pregatirea de educatori între egali, distributia de prezervative în comunitate, facilitarea accesului la servicii adecvate tinerilor, prevenirea consumului de droguri.
• dezvoltarea abilitatilor de viată independenta in randul adolescentilor si tinerilor seropozitivi;Dezvoltarea de ateliere protejate pentru facilitarea integrarii profesionale a persoanelor care traiesc cu HIV/SIDA.
• asigurarea respectarii drepturilor persoanelor care traiesc cu HIV/SIDA;Implicarea persoanelor seropozitive în apararea propriilor drepturi.
• diversificarea modalitatilor de informare a publicului larg privind respectarea drepturilor persoanelor seropozitive si promovarea unei atitudini pro-active;
• campanii de prevenire a stigmatizarii si discriminarii persoanlor seropozitive HIV la nivelul serviciilor sociale.
