O sarcină traită cu responsabilitate
A deveni mămică este cel mai frumos lucru de pe pământ dar totodată este o adevărată provocare pe care viața ți-o rezervă iar rezultatul este minunat. Diferența este că spre deosebire de alte multe provocări la care viața te supune a deveni mamă înseamnă a accepta că viața ta se schimbă complet și este necesar să conștientizezi aceste schimbări atât fizice cât și psihosociale. Însă a deveni mămică seropozitivă este ca și cum ai face bungee jumping…este nevoie de mult curaj şi de ”mai multă” conștientizare şi poate de aceea mă simt și mai specială decât celelalte mame. Bebelușul meu este și el unul special și nu că ar fi seropozitiv sau seronegativ dar eu cred că…un măr roșu, frumos și lucios pe dinafară dar “putred” pe dinăuntru poate rodii totuși și în el semințe sănătoase.
În momentul când am rămas însărcinată m-au cuprins o mulțime de emoții: teamă, dar învăluită în același timp de o stare de bucurie, mulțumire sufletească dar umbrită de frământări, recunoştinţă dar și o undă de îndoială, fericire și nerăbdare să împărtășesc cu cei dragi vestea, spaimă pentru că un miliard de gânduri îmi treceau prin cap, și nu reușeam să mă controlez, apoi întrebările care se derulau cu o repeziciune fulgerătoare: vroiam un bebeluș dar oare mă pricepeam să-l cresc ? dar mai presus de toate m-am gândit la ce-i pot oferii eu copilului ? dacă se va îmbolnăvi și el ? după ce va crește și va conștientiza faptele din jurul lui, oare îmi va reproșa de ce l-am născut când știam de boala mea ? așa cum poate și eu dacă l-aș avea în fața mea pe cel ce m-a îmbolnăvit i-aș reproșa acest lucru iar în cuvintele mele cu siguranță s-ar simții disprețul. Și cel mai mult mă chinuia gândul că nu voi ajunge să fiu lângă el…să-l văd crescând…și asta mă mistuia pe dinăuntru cel mai tare.
Am lăsat gândurile deoparte și am zis că viața este o loterie, că sunt o persoană curajoasă, rebelă și am să le dovedesc tuturor celor care m-au judecat când au aflat că sunt gravidă că eu POT! Pot avea un copil normal și fericit, iar eu voi fi alături de el îndrumându-i fiecare pas. Am lăsat toate deoparte și m-am pus pe treabă: vizite lunare la secție, ginecolog, medic de familie…ecografii…analize posibile și imposibile…Am făcut tot ce ține de partea medicală ca să fiu eu liniștită înainte de a continua sarcina. Am făcut teste și analize peste analize pentru a mă asigura că este un copil normal și că nu suferă din cauza TARV (terapia antiretrovirală).
Toate au decurs perfect normal, poate mai normal decât la o mămică seronegativă. Am avut o sarcină fără probleme, cu bebe dus la termen, ”grăsuț” și frumos. Am respectat toate metodele de a preveni transmiterea HIV de la mamă la făt..am trecut printr-o cezariană programată, ”bebe” a consumat lapte praf „și și-a luat și el siropelele conștiincios” sub atentă supraveghere a mamei timp de 6 săptămâni. Multe gânduri m-au încercat cât am fost însărcinată…am fost speriată că auzisem atâtea povești cu mame seropozitive cărora nu li s-a acordat o îngrijire corespunzătoare la naștere. În schimb eu am avut parte de o naștere ușoară, frumoasă și liniștită și asta datorită doctoriței mele ginecolog care și-a dat tot interesul să fie totul bine. Și a fost! Acum de când sunt mamă, văd viața în alt mod, unul protector și plin de iubire pentru copilul meu. Nu mă gândeam că un copil îmi va schimba viața într-un stil așa plăcut.
E frumos să fii mămica, mai puțin atunci când bebelușul tău are colici, sau îi dau dinții, sau e înțepat pentru a i se recolta analize de 2 ori pe an, dar trecem și peste asta căci nu va dura mult, sperăm, cu ajutorul lui D-zeu.Toate gândurile rele trec când îmi văd băiețelul zâmbind la mine, un copil de 1 anișor, cu ochii mari, verzi și cu păr blond superb și cârlionți de aur. Aș vrea să închei aici gândurile mele cu un sfat celor care vor un copil sau mai au puțin și devin mămici : NU vă temeți să aduceți pe lume o ființă dată de cel de sus, duceți-vă crucea până la final indiferent de ce va urma. Asumați-vă răspunderea pentru faptele voastre. Aveți încredere în Dumnezeu și curaj în fața vieții. Însă țineți minte că pentru a aduce pe lume un copil este nevoie de multă responsabilitate din partea ambilor parteneri de cuplu. Acest lucru înseamnă că atunci când v-ați hotărât să faceți un copil ar fi recomandat să discutați atât cu medicul în grija căruia vă aflați, cât și cu un specialist în planificare familială. În acest fel ambii parteneri de cuplu vor avea ocazia să-şi împărtășească temerile și emoțiile cu privire la decizia de a avea un copil și să-și clarifice eventualele nelămuriri.
Este foarte important să știi cum să pornești la ”drum”, pentru că, credeți-mă, este un drum lung și anevoios cu urcușuri și coborâșuri, cu plăceri și greutăți, insă este drumul ales de voi și va fi mult mai ușor și frumos dacă ați fi pregătiți să parcurgeți acest ”drum al vieții”. De aceea pentru ca totul să decurgă bine este necesar ca înainte de concepție ambii parteneri de cuplu să efectueze un set de analize recomandate atât de medicul specialist ginecolog, cât și de medicul specialist infecționist. Apoi pe parcursul întregii sarcini este necesar să mergeţi regulat la doctor pentru a fi monitorizată sarcina. Este foarte important să știți atât voi în calitate de viitori părinți cât și medicul care are grijă de viitorul copil cum decurge sarcina. Ţineţi minte că de voi depinde sănătatea copilului vostru iar fiecare decizie luată îl poate afecta și pe ”bebe”. Într-adevăr în viața unui cuplu sarcina este o perioadă foarte frumoasă însă este necesar să conștientizați această perioadă şi să o trăiți în mod responsabil. Lăsa-ți viața să își urmeze cursul, insă nu slăbiți ”hățurile” pentru a nu pierde controlul. Nu întrerupeți sarcina la îndemnul celor din jur sau al medicilor, decât dacă copilul este în pericol (malformaţii) sau viața voastră este în pericol. Dacă aveți toate analizele bune, CD4 mare și încărcătura nedetectabilă și primiți acordul medicului în grija căruia vă aflați, atunci nu renunţaţi la minunea ce crește în voi, primul lui drept este Viața!
